How does it Work?
Each time you place your kitchen waste in the bucket sprinkle a handful of EM bokashi over the top. Repeat this each time you fill up your bucket. Once your bucket is full bury the waste in your garden and wash out your bokashi so the process can start again!

Why compost?
Around 90% of the greenhouse gas that is produced by landfills is a result of organic waste. Composting is a great way to minimise organic waste and improve the soil quality in your garden! In addition, organic waste or mulch contains a large amount of water so it’s a good way to keep your plants healthy during our long, hot summers.
